Refund policy

At Dr Nutri Support, we want you to be satisfied with your order. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting photos.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplements cannot be returned unless the product is damaged or defective.

Refunds will be reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method or another agreed method.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side.

Dr Nutri Support reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the conditions of this Refund Policy.
